Red Square has been relaunched as a revitalized dinner, cocktail and nightlife destination. The exquisite menu - featuring easy-to-share plates including Tuna Tartare, Chicken Kiev with Bacon Brussels Sprouts and an impressive caviar selection - takes on contemporary American favorites and infuses them with exciting Russian influences.

Casual Restaurants: Come as you are for Mandalay Bay's tasteful casual dining experiences including Ri Ra' Irish Pub, chef Hubert Keller's Burger Bar and Mexican Dishes at Hussong's Cantina within the shopes at Mandalay Place, sushi and sake at Mizuya, Cantonese and Mandarin specialties at Noodle Shop, pizza at Slice of Vegas, all you can eat at Bayside Buffet, light fare at the Beach Bar & Grill, Celebrity Chef Brian Massie is launching Citizens Kitchen & Bar, a 24-hour eatery featuring American comfort food. Highlights including Maryland Blue Crab Cakes, Southern Fried Chicken and Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf. Opened January 2013.

    Voted by Trip Advisor as one of the best pools in the U.S., Mandalay Bay's 11-acre oasis of sand and surf will have you believing that you're in the Caribbean. Inside, you'll find an expansive sand beach fronting a 1.6-million gallon Wave Pool with swells up to 6 feet high. Also within Mandalay Bay Beach is the 21 and up Moorea Beach Club-providing a private, sophisticated European bathing experience with a Toptional(TM) dress code.

    There are 9 pools on site. Known for its mystical architecture, lush surrounding, and an eleven acre tropical water park with beach, wave pool and a lazy river. This water park is open seasonally from March through November. During the winter months, the South Lagoon Pool and two hot tubs remain open.

    The Estate of Michael Jackson and Cirque duSoleil today unveiled that Michael Jackson ONE (TM) will open and take residency exclusively at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino this summer. Directed by Jamie King, Michael Jackson ONE will start its preview performances on May 23, 2013 and have its official premier on June 29, 2013. this entirely new show is the second creative project to be developed between Cirque du Soleil and The Estate of Michael Jackson after the top grossing Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour, currently playing arenas in Europe as it travels the world.

    The show:

    Michael Jackson ONE is a state-of-the art visual and audio experience creating a theatrical evocation of Michael's creative genius. Guided and inspired by his music, four misfits set out on a transformative adventure. By journey's end, they will personify Michael's agility, courage, playfulness and love.
